Meditation, which may or may not be religious or cultural in its origins, is often used as a relaxation technique. Although teachers and practitioners of meditation should not refer to serious medical conditions (Rule 12.2), CAP allows milder, sensory-type claims that relate to, for example, improving mood, helping relaxation, aiding sleep, relieving tensions and improving a sense of well-being.
