User satisfaction with CAP Copy Advice soars to highest ever levels

If you’ve ever been a user of the Copy Advice service you’ll be interested in the findings of our latest independent customer satisfaction survey, which has been commissioned since 2003 and consistently sees very positive results.

The highlights of 2007:

  • 97% of users are satisfied with Copy Advice (74% very satisfied)
  • 98% said they would use the service again and recommend it to others
  • a 97% score for the knowledge and professionalism of our advisers
  • 68% refer to Copy Advice as their first source of advice
  • Most users rate it better than other sources of advice

The service is easy to access and our team of advisers respond quickly. If you haven’t used the service, Copy Advice can help to avoid problems with the ASA and is a second opinion that is fast, free and confidential.

We’re happy to review rough scamps, visuals or draft copy and we suggest that you send us your materials early in the production process.  We’re more than happy to look at the same campaign several times as it evolves; that way we can identify any problems early on and save you costly time, resources and perhaps even your reputation.
