Post Investigation Compliance

When it upholds a complaint, the ASA asks advertisers for a written assurance that they will remove or amend their ads and comply with its adjudication. If the ASA does not receive the requested assurance, we repeat the request and almost always get the assurance. If we do not, we invoke sanctions against advertisers.
