YOU & US
It's important to us that we stay in touch because we can't do our work without you. We want to hear what you think about advertising standards, whether it's because you have a complaint about a specific ad or you want to tell us face to face at our consumer conference. Equally we want to tell you about the work we are doing to keep advertising standards high and to alert you to our recent rulings or issues that are relevant to you as a consumer.
How to complain
If you think you have been misled or offended by an ad, or if you think the advertising standards codes have been broken in another way click here to find out how to complain.
Talk to us in Leeds
Our Annual Consumer conference will be held in Leeds on 23 November. Come and tell us what you think of advertising standards and the work that we do. The half-day conference, which is open to everyone, will be held at the Park Plaza in the centre of Leeds and is free of charge. If you would like to attend the event, please email us on events@asa.org.uk or call Debra or Zoe on 020 7492 2222 for more information. For a review of last year's event in Manchester click here.
