Prize Draw - Terms & Conditions

  1. Entry into the prize draw is subject to completion of the events survey and the provision of a name and valid business email address.
  2. Only one entry into the prize draw per person.
  3. By entering the prize draw, entrants confirm that they are over the age of 16.
  4. This draw is open to those who have received this events survey email and their colleagues only.
  5. Prize - A Kindle Keyboard 3G or Amazon vouchers to the equivalent amount.
  6. The prize is as described and no cash alternative will be offered.
  7. The prize draw closes at 5pm on Monday 6 February 2012.
  8. The winner will be selected at random in a draw, under the supervision of an independent person.
  9. The winner will be notified of the result by email by Monday 13 February 2012. The winner will also be asked, by email, for a postal address for the delivery of the prize.
  10. In the event that that the selected winner does not respond to the request for confirmation of their postal address within 21 days, we reserve the right to select a new winner.
  11. The name and county of the winner will be available on request from ASA from Monday 13 February 2012.
  12. Please print a copy of these terms and conditions for your records. They will only be available here until the prize draw closes at 5pm on Monday 6 February 2012.
  13. The promoter is the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA).
