Video-on-demand (VOD) advertising

The Advertising Standards Authority has been designated by Ofcom as the co-regulator for advertising appearing on video-on-demand (VOD) services. It will take on responsibility for this on 1 September 2010 when the new Advertising Codes come into effect.

 

Make sure you’re ready for the change by consulting CAP Copy Advice for fast, free, confidential and expert advice and visit the Copy Advice website to access all the available guidance. The service is available for advertisers and VOD service providers.
